I paint and sculpt the sounds of Paris.

Arnaud, a pianist turned painter and sculptor, lives in Paris. He takes a mode that is familiar to him — music — and transposes it into another: painting, sculpture. Sound then becomes colour, time becomes form. He listens to the city in order to translate its harmony and its intimate rhythm.

For Mémoire Urbaine et Collective, he explores the music of the parks, the murmurs, the footsteps, the métro, the silences. A city that is no longer seen, but felt.
